Als je een ontwerp aanvraagt
Je naam, bedrijfsnaam, plaats, branche, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer (als je dat invult), je huidige website en wat je site moet doen. We gebruiken dit alleen om je ontwerp te maken en je erover te mailen. Dat doen we omdat je er toestemming voor geeft; die kun je altijd intrekken met een mail.
Als we jouw bedrijf zelf benaderen
We gebruiken openbare bedrijfsgegevens: de naam, het adres, het telefoonnummer en het zakelijke e-mailadres uit Google Maps en van de eigen website van het bedrijf. Daarmee maken we een ontwerp en sturen we één e-mail, met hooguit één herinnering. In Nederland en België mailen we alleen rechtspersonen zoals een B.V. of N.V., nooit een eenmanszaak of vof. Elke mail heeft een afmeldlink; afmelden zet je adres op onze blokkeerlijst en dan mailen we je nooit meer.
Als je jouw ontwerplink bekijkt
We zien wanneer je persoonlijke ontwerplink is geopend, op wat voor apparaat, uit welk land, hoe ver je scrolt en welke knoppen je gebruikt. Zo weten we of het ontwerp aanslaat. We gebruiken geen cookies en slaan geen IP-adressen op.
Deze website
Geen cookies en geen advertentie- of volgsoftware. Cloudflare, waar de site draait, verwerkt kort technische gegevens zoals je IP-adres om de site te leveren en te beveiligen.
Als je klant wordt
Contact-, factuur- en betaalgegevens, voor de opdracht, het onderhoud en de boekhouding.
Hoe lang
- Aanvragen en benaderde bedrijven zonder opdracht: uiterlijk 12 maanden na het laatste contact.
- Ontwerplinks gaan offline uiterlijk 60 dagen na het laatste contact.
- Afmeldingen: blijvend, alleen het e-mailadres of domein, zodat we je nooit meer mailen.
- Klant- en factuurgegevens: 7 jaar, omdat de wet dat voorschrijft.
Wie ons helpt
Supabase (database, in Frankfurt), Cloudflare (hosting), Google Workspace (e-mail), Anthropic (AI die helpt bij ontwerpen en teksten, alleen met bedrijfsgegevens), Mollie (betalingen) en Moneybird (facturen). Met elk van hen hebben we afspraken over de bescherming van gegevens. Een deel van hen zit in de Verenigde Staten; daarvoor gelden het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework of de standaardcontractbepalingen van de EU.
Jouw rechten
Je mag je gegevens inzien, laten verbeteren of verwijderen, bezwaar maken en je toestemming intrekken. Mail info@nilbogstudio.com; we reageren binnen een maand. Ben je het niet met ons eens, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

When you request a design
Your name, business name, town, trade, email address, phone number (if you give it), your current website and what your site should do. We only use this to make your design and email you about it, because you consent to that; you can withdraw your consent at any time by email.
When we contact your business ourselves
We use public business information: the name, address, phone number and business email address from Google Maps and from the business's own website. We use it to make a design and send one email, with at most one or two reminders. In the Netherlands, Belgium and the UK we only email companies (such as a B.V., Ltd or LLP), never sole traders or ordinary partnerships. Every email has an opt-out link; opting out puts your address on our block list and we never email you again.
When you open your design link
We see when your personal design link was opened, on what kind of device, from which country, how far you scrolled and which buttons you used, so we know whether the design works for you. We use no cookies and store no IP addresses.
This website
No cookies and no advertising or tracking software. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
When you become a client
Contact, invoice and payment details, for the project, the care plan and the accounts.
How long
- Requests and contacted businesses without a project: at most 12 months after the last contact.
- Design links go offline at most 60 days after the last contact.
- Opt-outs: kept permanently, only the email address or domain, so we never email you again.
- Client and invoice records: 7 years, as the law requires.
Who helps us
Supabase (database, in Frankfurt), Cloudflare (hosting), Google Workspace (email), Anthropic (AI that helps with designs and copy, only with business information), Mollie (payments) and Moneybird (invoices). We have data protection agreements with each of them. Some are based in the United States; for those, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses apply.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your details, object, and withdraw your consent. Email info@nilbogstudio.com; we answer within a month. If you disagree with us, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your own country's regulator.
